The location was excellent, near both the old town and new town of Puerto del Carmen, with the sea and beach nearby. The room was modern and had a large bed with views of the sea in the distance. The pool was lovely. The owner met us and explained everything. We also enjoyed a nice coffee at Restaurante Der, which was only a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment with a terrace and sea views was absolutely stunning! The moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking view of the ocean. It was like paradise right at our doorstep. The living room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for kicking back and relaxing after a long day of exploring the island. We loved spending evenings there, enjoying each other's company. The bedroom was cozy, and the bed was so comfortable. We had the best sleep, waking up refreshed and ready to take on the day. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was convenient to have a fridge and an oven, making it easy for us to cook and enjoy our favorite dishes. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch. We enjoyed cozying up on the couch and watching our favorite shows during our downtime. It added a cozy and homey vibe to the apartment.
Personally, we found the shower a bit small and cramped. However, it might not bother others who are used to smaller spaces.

Sarah and her lovely mother were very welcoming and made me feel at home. The apartment had a great balcony that was perfect for enjoying the sun all day long. The pool area was peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly. The location was excellent, just a short 5-10 minute walk to both the main strip and the old town. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen essentials, making it convenient for a long stay. I loved the homely feel of the place, with a great book collection and thoughtful touches throughout. Sarah was always available and went above and beyond to provide information. I can't wait to stay here again in the future.
I would recommend this hotel.

Super apartment with everything you could need for a short or long stay. Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach/promenade and between the old and new town. Lovely pool and quiet area. Plenty of sunbeds. Sarah was very accommodating on a late check-out which was absolutely great. Thank you, Sarah. We will be back!
The basic info on arrival was poor as no English speaking rep available, leading to no knowledge on cleaning/change of linen which appears not to be included, an info pack may resolve this. The lack of bedroom furniture led to frustration i.

It was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the swimming pool itself was clean and quiet, with free loungers available. the convenient location of the apartment allowed for easy parking and walking distance to a nearby LIDL market. the owners were friendly and accommodating, providing a flexible check-in and check-out process.
The noise from neighbors walking by the apartment and the opening and closing of the entry gate could be a bit annoying at times.

Sea views: Every morning I woke up to the most breathtaking views of the sparkling blue sea, it felt like having my own personal ocean painting right outside my window.
Noisy neighbors.
